Start by adding your personal details, work experience, and key skills. For a stronger first impression, include a professional photo and resume. You can also use our AI profile builder to generate your profile in seconds. Everything can be updated anytime.
Start by clicking "Post" and selecting "Post a job." Choose your privacy setting, either public or invite-only. Enter role details, set your referral incentive, add a job description, list key skills, and include any optional screening questions. After reviewing, publish the post to our job board.
No, posting a job referral is free. A 20% marketplace fee is deducted from the final payout after a referral is submitted and verified.
To keep a job post active, select "Extend post" and choose the duration. This keeps the post visible and allows more job seekers to request a referral.

Invited candidates appear at the top of your request review queue.

Go to your Seeker Dashboard to view all your applications and their statuses. Any application that moves forward will appear in the Submission section.
The message icon is located in the Seeker Dashboard or Referrer Dashboard. The icon opens "Job Chat," where you can discuss role details, ask questions, or follow up.
Go to their profile and select "+ Network" to send a connection request. Once they accept, you can chat with them through "Network Chat" under "Messages" in the top navigation bar.

You'll receive updates when a referrer shortlists, accepts, and submits your referral. These updates are sent through in-app notifications, email, and SMS (if enabled).
