One of the most memorable interviews I’ve ever had wasn’t with a senior executive or a seasoned professional.

It was with someone undergoing a career transition, referred to by someone outside of my direct network.

Her name is Linh Duong.

She didn’t have years of experience in tech. She didn’t have a stacked resume. But what she did have was preparation.

Linh showed up knowing more about our business than some people with 10x her experience. She understood our mission. She understood our product. And most importantly, she understood where she could add value.

She didn’t just want a job. She already thought like a team member. She asked smart, thoughtful questions that proved she had done the homework. Not surface-level stuff but the kind that makes you realize: This person cares and wants to be part of the team.

Today, Linh is part of the ePosting team.

It’s a reminder of something I think a lot of early-career professionals need to hear: A polished resume isn’t enough to get hired.

Especially in a challenging job market.

What really stands out, what really gets noticed:

- How you prepare
- How you think
- And how you show up like someone who already belongs

This is one of the biggest reasons I’m building ePosting Corp: To level the playing field for people who don’t have insider connections, fancy titles, or recent work experience.

We want to build a system where referrals aren’t based on who you know but how you show up.

So if you’re at the beginning of your career, or pivoting into something new:

- Think deeply.
- Do the homework.
- Show them why you belong before they even hire you.

That’s what gets remembered.

That’s what gets you hired.
